At Velvet Petal Melbourne, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you would like to return an item, please read the information below carefully.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags and labels must still be attached
- Items must not show signs of use beyond trying them on
Please note that ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at info@velvetpetal-melbourne.com within 30 days of delivery.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Please ensure:
- Your items are securely packaged
- You use a tracked shipping method
- You keep proof of postage until your return has been processed
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable international shipping or customs fees.
Return Shipping Information
Many of our products are processed through international fulfillment partners. As a result, returns may need to be sent to a return facility outside Australia.
Depending on the courier and location, return shipping costs may vary and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Liability
Velvet Petal Melbourne is not responsible for parcels marked as successfully delivered by the courier to the address provided during checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.
